Summary- This book is a great sing-a-long book. The story goes right along with the song "The wheels on the Bus." It starts out by talking about the wheels of the race car then the noise the car makes and so on. It is a great book for kids who really like cars or racing. It is fun and interactive and would be the most enjoyable if the reader got into the book and actually sang the tone to it as they read the story. The pictures are also fantastic!
Extension Activity- You could have the students talk about their favorite kinds of cars. You could also have them make cars out of shoe-boxes and color them so they are fun and can use them!
