Summary- This story is about a little boy named danny. He goes to a museum one day and a dinosaur comes to life right in front of him! Danny and the dinosaur decide to play, so they spend the day going around town playing with friends, helping people, and just having a good time. They encounter many obstacles through out their day since Danny was with a dinosaur. At the end of all their fun it was time for the day to end. Danny was sad to leave the dinosaur but knew he had a fun day. This is a great easy to read book for any child. It's fun, adventurous and tells a great story.
Extension activity- Have a dinosaur day and have all activities relating to dinosaurs. Have story time, arts and crafts like create your own dinosaur treat (out of rice krispies) and have an informational lesson on dinosaurs. Also the kids could watch a dinosaur movie during any of these activities.
