Summary: This picture book is about the adventures of a little mouse. It starts off with the little mouse smelling something delicious from far away and wants to find out where it is coming from. However, he runs into some trouble. The mouse grows through a series of events such as, encountering humans, getting caught in spider webs, almost easten by birds and being chased by a mole. Alothough the mouse survives he adventures and finally finds where the delicioius smell is coming from. He finds that the smell is of hot pancakes coming from his house.
Extension Activity: For this extension the kids will make their own story line of different adventures they would want to accomplish and be apart of.
