-Before reading the book, ask the children what a crocodile is and what they know about them.
-After reading the book, ask the students to recall details from the story: such as, where it took place, when it took place, how the people dressed, how they traveled, how they moved themselves, and etc.
-Ask children to recall ways in which the crocodile acted like a real crocodile and which way she acted like a person.
