Extension Activities:
-Draw your favorite animal that we came across in this book. On the back give a description of why it is your favorite. The description can go along with the words or the illustrations in the book.
-Make a stencil of the animal you want the kids to draw with for each animal in the book. Give interesting facts and have each child look up more on the animal they are given. Such as: where the animal lives, what it eats, how long it lives?
