Extension Activities:
-Character Analysis is a good activity for this book. The main characters are all different and quirky in their own little ways. Having each kid fill out a character analysis is a good way for the children to learn how to identify qualities and put together character descriptions.
-Read, Write, and Think activities are always good for these short chapter books. Have the kids read a chapter and then write a paragraph -to make sure they understand it- and then discuss and share with the class, thinking and understanding everyone's point of view.
