Summary- This book is a really great book to read to kids to get them to be happy with themselves. It is about a chameleon who turns different colors when he is hungry, tired, or when he sees different things he wants to be. One day he goes to the zoo and sees all the different animals. He wishes he could be like them. At the end of the book he realizes the only person he wants to be is himself.
Extension Activity- For an extension activity you could have the students go around in a circle and say one thing they like about the person sitting next to them. You could also do an activity using different colors because they book is colorful.
