Summary: - Officer Buckle and Gloria is a story about a police officer who loves to tell students about safety tips even if the children don't pay any attention to him. Extension Activities: - You could have all the children take a star shaped piece of construction paper and a smaller star shaped piece of computer paper and have them write a letter to the police station thanking them for all the work they do. You could also have a local police officer come into the class and talk about safety tips.
