- Because the book is for such young children, I thought a drawing activity would be a good idea: Draw a picture of three instances that you see in everyday life that illustrates a difference of size, shape, and color as shown in the book.
-Another idea is make a craft showing a major difference in shape, size, or color. Such as make different animals, both a mother and a baby animal. Present your animal to the class, explaining which one is larger, which one is smaller, and the difference in size and shape.
